Built for the corridor.
By the people who move it.
Ikarus Way is a team of logistics veterans and engineers who spent three months following cargo across the Middle Corridor — and built the platform they wished had existed all along.
The Mission
To make every kilometer on the Middle Corridor profitable for the people actually moving the cargo — not the middlemen.
"We followed a single cargo container from Baku to Almaty. It passed through 14 sets of hands, generated 32 paper copies, and sat idle for 190 hours — not because of distance, but because of paperwork. We built Ikarus Way to make that impossible."
— Andrea Cadamuro, Co-Founder
What we saw in 2021 — and couldn't ignore.
While ocean freight was digitized decades ago, the land route between Europe and China remained exactly as it was in 1995. Phone calls. Paper stamps. Brokers who'd never seen a truck. Carriers waiting months to get paid. Shippers with zero visibility once cargo left the warehouse.
In 2021, our founding team spent three months following a single cargo container from Baku to Almaty. We documented 14 manual handoffs, 32 physical document copies, and 190 hours of avoidable idle time.
Ikarus Way was born to turn that 190 hours of waste into 190 hours of throughput.
The team that built it.
A team of logistics veterans and silicon engineers building the backbone of trade.
