From pickup to signature.
Every step verified.
Your cargo is tracked every 60 seconds. Delivery starts and ends with a 4-digit OTP. The handover is confirmed by signature, photo, GPS, and a QR scan — all hashed on blockchain so nobody can rewrite what happened.
Why untracked freight costs you money
Every blind spot on the Middle Corridor turns into a dispute, a delay, or a rejected insurance claim.
No visibility = phone calls
Clients ask where their cargo is. Dispatchers call drivers. Drivers answer when they can. A 5-day journey produces 20 phone calls and zero trustworthy data.
No proof = no payment
Delivery disputes drag on for months. Without a verifiable timestamp, signature, and location, the carrier has no defense and the shipper has no protection.
No sensor trail = rejected claims
Cold-chain cargo spoils silently. Without an immutable sensor log, insurance denies the claim and blames the carrier.
Six layers of verification, from the warehouse to the dock.
Live GPS every 60 seconds
Position, speed, heading, battery — streamed over WebSocket to shipper, dispatcher, and (optionally) end-client via a share link. Works offline: buffers and syncs when the driver regains signal.
- · Historical route playback with date/time filter
- · Geofencing alerts (entry/exit/dwell)
- · ETA auto-recalculated every position update
4-digit OTP to start and finish
The shipper receives a one-time code via SMS, Telegram, or email. The driver must enter it to begin loading and again to close the delivery. No OTP, no state change.
- · Blocks phantom deliveries and wrong-address drop-offs
- · 15-minute TTL, resendable, full audit trail
- · Verbal confirmation fallback for emergency cases
Multi-modal Proof of Delivery
Signature on the driver's screen, photo of the cargo in place, GPS coordinates, and a UTC timestamp — bundled into a single tamper-evident record and hashed onto blockchain.
- · Shipper confirms from dashboard or mobile
- · Downloadable PDF with verification QR
- · Resolves disputes in minutes, not months
Contactless QR hand-off
At the dock, the receiver scans the driver's QR code. Delivery is confirmed in three seconds with time and location recorded. Works offline and syncs when online.
- · Prevents duplicate or replayed confirmations
- · One-time payload per delivery, base64-signed
- · Triggers the 48-hour payment release
IoT cold chain monitoring
Five sensor types pair to the truck: temperature, humidity, door seal, shock (g-force), weight. Configurable warning and critical thresholds per cargo.
- · Pushes critical alerts via SMS, Telegram and in-app
- · Historical charts per device per contract
- · CSV and PDF export for insurance and customs
Immutable on blockchain
Every sensor reading, OTP event, and PoD is anchored on Prometeo Chain with a SHA-256 transaction hash. Once written, the data cannot be rewritten — not by the platform, not by us.
- · Public explorer link on every record
- · Accepted as evidence by customs and insurers
- · Ed25519 signature verifiable offline
The 4-digit code that stops phantom deliveries.
On the Middle Corridor, the oldest scam is the phantom hand-off: the cargo is reported delivered, the invoice is issued, the shipper discovers the truth two weeks later. OTP kills that scam at the source.
Before the driver can mark a pickup or drop-off as started, the platform requires a one-time code that only the shipper (or their designated contact) possesses. The code is generated per delivery, expires in 15 minutes, and is logged for audit.
Code valid for 14:38
Built for the people who need proof
Carriers
A QR scan closes the order, proof locks in, and payment releases in 48 hours. No chasing paperwork, no disputed deliveries.
Shippers
See where every shipment is, what condition it's in, and who confirmed it — from the same dashboard your team already uses.
Insurers & Customs
An Ed25519-signed, timestamped, GPS-anchored record — already on-chain. Claims and clearances move from weeks to days.
Stop guessing where your cargo is.
Every Ikarus Way account includes live tracking, OTP, PoD, and QR hand-off from day one. IoT and blockchain are on by default for verified carriers.
